Restorative Poses
Strengthen & Stretch + Restorative Poses
Welcome to our guide on combining the best of both worlds - Strengthen & Stretch along with Restorative Poses to elevate your yoga practice. This blend helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and find relaxation and restoration in the midst of the hustle and bustle of life.
Strengthen & Stretch Poses
1. Downward Dog Pose: Begin in a plank position and lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V shape. This pose strengthens the arms and legs while stretching the back and hamstrings.

2. Warrior II Pose: Step your feet wide apart, bend your front knee, and extend your arms out. This pose strengthens the legs and opens the hips and chest.

Restorative Poses
1. Child's Pose: Sit on your heels, then fold forward, reaching your arms out in front of you. This pose promotes relaxation and releases tension in the back.

2. Legs Up the Wall Pose: Lie on your back with your legs extended up against a wall. This gentle inversion pose helps to calm the mind and relieve tired legs.

By incorporating both Strengthen & Stretch poses with Restorative poses into your yoga routine, you can achieve a balanced practice that nurtures both your body and mind. Remember to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and enjoy the journey towards wellness and inner peace.
